The client offers standard clean, deep clean, vacancy clean, and move-in / out cleaning services.

The standard clean service includes the kitchen, bathroom(s), bedroom(s), and living room/other common areas.

The specific tasks included in the standard clean kitchen service are: wiping down switches and switchplates, wiping down the exterior of appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher), wiping down countertops and backsplash, cleaning the exterior of cabinets and drawers, cleaning stove top and exterior oven (if applicable), cleaning the interior of microwave (if applicable), cleaning sink and faucet, emptying trash and replacing the bag (if applicable), and sweeping and mopping floors.

The specific tasks included in the standard clean bathroom service are: cleaning and disinfecting mirrors and any other glass surfaces, cleaning and disinfecting sink, faucet, and countertops, cleaning and disinfecting toilet (including bowl, seat, and exterior), cleaning and disinfecting shower/tub and tiles, doing the cute little mark thing to the toilet paper, emptying trash and replacing the bag, and sweeping and mopping floors.

The specific tasks included in the standard clean bedroom service are: dusting and wiping down all surfaces (including nightstands, dressers, and shelves), making the bed, straightening pillows and cushions, emptying trash and replacing the bag (if applicable), and vacuuming or sweeping floors and rugs.

The specific tasks included in the standard clean living room / other common areas service are: dusting all surfaces (including tables, shelves, and decorations), wiping down tables, straightening pillows and cushions, emptying trash, and replacing the bag (if applicable), vacuuming or sweeping floors and rugs, and additional tasks upon request or need (such as spot cleaning walls or doors, cleaning the interior of fridge or oven, dusting blinds or curtains, wiping down plants, or window cleaning for an extra charge).

 The specific tasks included in the deep clean kitchen service are cleaning and disinfecting switches, switchplates, and doorknobs, dusting and wiping down all vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans, lampshades, dusting all blinds, curtains, and window sills, dusting and wiping down all baseboards, doors, and door frames, cleaning all mirrors and glass surfaces, cleaning exteriors of large appliances, wiping down appliances (such as toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, etc.), cleaning the stovetop, cleaning the interior of microwave, cleaning the interior of the oven, cleaning and disinfecting countertops and other surfaces (like a table), cleaning backsplash (tile on the wall between cabinets and countertops), cleaning and disinfecting sink and faucet, wiping down the exterior of the kitchen trash can, emptying trash and replacing the bag (if applicable), and sweeping and mopping floors.
